Which methods of payments do you accept?

I accept payment via Paypal or Credit card.

 

Where do you ship to?

Most products are available to be shipped within the UK and worldwide, however some products are limited to the UK only due to the nature of the product. If this is the case, this is made clear in the product description,

Any duty, taxes, and additional fees incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

Your order will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class Post.

 

Can I have my order sent to any address?

Yes, you can have your order sent to an address (with a postcode or ZIP code ) of your choice. 

 

What do I do if I would like to place an order for several glass items to be sent to different addresses?

To order several items to be sent to different addresses please place as separate orders.

 

What do I do if I have accidentally given the incorrect shipping address?

Please email me straight away with your order number, with detailed delivery instructions and correct shipping address to suziecampbelldesign@icloud.com

An address may be changed before shipping.  After an order has been shipped I will be unable to make changes or track your parcel.  Unfortunately I cannot accept responsibility for a lost or undelivered order due to an error with the shipping address.

Can I buy one or more gifts for multiple addresses using the same order? 

For one or more gifts being sent to multiple delivery addresses you will need to complete separate orders.

What do I do if my order has not arrived?

Delivery by Royal Mail is usually very reliable.  If unfortunately your order has not arrived please email me with your order number suziecampbelldesign@icloud.com as soon as possible.  I will respond as as quickly as I can to resolve the situation.

 

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

All orders are packaged with great care.  However, parcels can occasionally get damaged in transit.  Please email me with your order number suziecampbelldesign@icloud.com within 24 hours of receiving your order providing images of the packaging and damaged goods.  

 

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?

I take great pride in all orders.  To be eligible for a return: goods must be unused, in the same condition you received it and returned in the original gift packaging.  If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return goods please email me with your order number suziecampbelldesign@icloud.com within 7 days of receipt of your order.  Please do not return goods before you have received a reply from me. What happens if the recipient was not home to receive the order?

All Letterbox Gift Hampers are posted using special letterbox friendly boxes which are designed to fit through the majority of standard UK letterboxes. 

All other glass orders will be posted using standard boxes which may not necessarily fit though a letterbox.  Whilst I understand that sending a gift is a surprise, I do suggest that you let the recipient know that they have a parcel coming via Royal Mail. 

Are your glass products microwave and dishwasher safe?

My hand made glass products are not oven, microwave or dishwasher safe.  If necessary please gently wash glass by hand in warm water.

Classes at Seabird Studio

Please note: The minimum age for a participant at Seabird Studio is 18 years.

Class Cancellation Policy

The specific date of each class is mutually agreed in advance between the customer and Suzanne Campbell.

If for any reason the customer cancels their class one month or more from the confirmed start date of your class – you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your class.

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer any refund or opportunity to reschedule your class for cancellations made within 1 month of your chosen and confirmed start date of your class.

Please note that classes require a minimum of 2 people to go ahead. Should you have any queries regarding cancelling a class please contact Suzanne as soon as possible.

Data Protection

All data given to me by the customer will not be sold, rented or traded at any time.  All data is saved in a password protected site. The only third party to have access to your data is Royal Mail.  The Royal Mail privacy policy is available on their website.  Due to Data Protection I am unable to discuss orders (including if goods have arrived damaged) with the recipient if they are not the billable customer.  For any queries the billable customer should email me with the order number suziecampbelldesign@icloud.com.
